Our head chef Lee Atherton, who trained under the watchful eye of Michael Caines MBE will be at the helm. Lee’s passion for Spanish cuisine will be clear for all to see on his menu. Sourcing local ingredients where possible from Cheshire growers alongside the Spanish producers. Using Cheshire eggs to create a classic Tortilla, or glazing Smoky Chorizo in local cider, El Bosc is striving to use the best of both worlds.

headed up by Fiona and Barry Van Gotheum.
Barry is responsible for opening the likes of Epernay Champagne Bar, Hotel Gotham, and Australasia to name a few.
Barry's enthusiasm for food and wine is challenged by none, and the wine list will showcase this with an emphasis on provenance, sustainability, complexity, and fun.
His service is sharp and personable, and he can’t wait to welcome diners to experience El Bosc.
