Who We Are

An exciting new neighbourhood restaurant is coming to Styal.

Opening in Autumn 2022, El Bosc will be highlighting the very best Catalan cuisine in a very relaxed and friendly environment. Using ingredients that come directly from Spain and locally sourced produce from our wonderful Cheshire countryside.

The menu has been designed under the watchful eye of a Michelin-trained chef, with

the emphasis to recreate classic tapas dishes which you would find in the heart of Barcelona. Dishes will include Padron peppers, Jamon Croquettes, Garlic & Chilli Tiger prawns to name just a few along with a fantastic selection of cured meats served on the board.

The wine list will boast an award-winning range of fantastic Spanish wines alongside a few familiar favourites too.

“El Bosc” (“The Woods”) is aiming to offer something for everyone, whether you are walking the dog and fancy a coffee, meeting with an old friend for nibbles and a bottle of wine or a well-earned date night, El Bosc has got you covered.
